It seems ages ago already when everybody published their reviews of last year’s predictions, this year’s predictions, last year’s performance reviews, this year’s performance predictions.
Now that all that noise has abated, we thought this would be a good time to call attention to what Venntive accomplished last year. We were building and releasing platform updates through December 30th!
2023 saw 145 significant platform updates/improvements to Venntive.
2023 marked a year of significant advancements in technology integrations and phenomenal growth of innovative product launches. Our relentless pursuit of innovation continues into 2024, aiming to cement our position as the unique RevOps (complete CRM) platform in the marketplace.
Updates to this platform are largely the result of customer suggestions and requests along with ideas from the internal team and VARs. If a suggestion is determined to enhance and complement the overall experience for our users, it gets added to the “Neverending To Do List.”
New User Interfaces - Just for fun, there are three new themes, including Dark mode. This is in addition to setting custom background and highlight colors.
NOVA! - Next Generation Optimized Virtual Assistant with speech recognition. This is a biggie! Now, you can just click the little microphone up there next to Group to activate/deactivate voice commands. What does this mean, you might ask? No more typing. Use NOVA to fill in any field anywhere both on your desktop or mobile. “Take me to…”
Speaking of mobile, we have an all-new PWA (Progressive Web App) mobile version that fully replicates the desktop experience. Just scan the QR code on the login page to download and set up.
Expanded Contact filters - E.g. Has/has not completed survey, Opportunities, Email/SMS that can trigger workflows.
The already easy Website Signup Form tools now includes Easy Builder templates.
